Today I have the recipe of fresh and light dessert - homemade lemon cake. Especially in this spring, the lemon pastry tastes best. I used to pay no attention to such tastes. And a few weeks ago I came up with the idea to prepare something with lemon and it started. Maybe it's because of spring hypovitaminosis. Maybe thanks to the freshness of the lemon flavor. It can also be because of the ideal combination of lemon, cream and strawberries. No matter what is basically such love, I like the result and also tastes good. And what do you say

And especially like the children, who have eaten almost half. Honestly, I had to take all the beauty off the cake. Have you ever washed off the cut strawberries from cream? But now I have two glasses of chia jam. And the kids got a delicious cake with cream without berries.
Ingredients
Dough:
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 150 ml of yogurt
- 100 g of soft butter
- 200 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Lemon zest from a lemon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cream:
- 100 g cream cheese
- 100 g of cream
- 50 g of powdered sugar
Preparation
Dough:
- Mix flour, baking powder and soda.
- Beat butter with sugar.
- Add eggs one by one.
- Pour yoghurt.
- Stir in vanilla extract, lemon juice and lemon puree.
- Add the mixture of flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- Lay out the baking tin with baking paper. I have the baking tin with the diameter of 18 cm.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
Cream:
- Beat cheese with powdered sugar, add whipped cream and beat until creamy.
- Decorate with strawberries.
