Double Chocolate Muffins

Double Chocolate Muffins

Today I'll tell you about my favorite recipe of chocolate muffins. I'm a fan of chocolate biscuits. If there is a choice, I always choose some chocolate with chocolate.

And what should I do if I want something delicious for tea on Sunday? Then I remember all my favorite recipes. These are homemade chocolate muffins.

Do you know why homemade chocolate pastry is millions of times better than business? A strange question, right? Just think about the scent that surrounds your home. And then you take them out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. In the meantime, make your favorite tea. Take a still warm mild muffin, disassemble it, and there are melted chocolate drops ... Oh, my mouth is watering.

I'll warn you right away, if there are four sweet-toothed cats in your family, like mine, then bake a double serving. Otherwise someone does not have enough muffins.

Ingredients
  • 400 g of flour
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 60 g of coconut oil
  • 250 ml of yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 g of chopped black chocolate

Preparation
  • Beat eggs with sugar, add vanilla, yogurt and oil and mix to homogeneity.
  • Add the mixture of flour, roller and cocoa in dough.
  • Mix and then add chopped chocolate, mix with a spoon and fill the molds to 2/3 (15-16 cupcakes).
  • Bake at 220 degrees for the first 10 minutes, then reduce to 180 and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
  • And enjoy.
