Breakfast. How should it be for you? My perfect breakfast should always be tasty and unhurried, safe in the family on the weekend. We like to eat pancakes or pancakes. I have some favorite recipes in my notebooks, but I'm always against trying something new.
Of course not every time everything is perfect. And sometimes everything goes wrong, there is nothing to hide. In my experiments, there are also beautiful days, and by mixing ingredients, I get something delicious.
Fortunately, I have the habit of weighing and measuring everything I add, at least approximately. Therefore, in most cases, I do not have to try to repeat this happy recipe.
Today I have for you one of my favorite breakfast variant - lemon pancakes with poppy seeds. The lemon pastry is the second in the world for chocolate biscuits. That's not strange. And with the poppy everything is easy. If poppy is included in the recipe, this is half the story.
But less text and more benefits. Therefore, the recipe for a delicious breakfast awaits you. And I'll say yogurt with honey is the favorite sauce for these pancakes. You can also sprinkle pancakes with the poppy seeds once more.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- 4 tablespoons yogurt
- 30 g of melted butter
- 30 g of sugar
- 230 g of flour
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- vanilla sugar
Preparation
- Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla.
- Add butter, milk and yoghurt and mix to homogeneity.
- Add lemon zest and lemon juice.
- Mix the flour and baking powder together and partially pour into the mixture of eggs and milk.
- Bake on a dry pan. As soon as the first holes appear turn around and bake on the other side.
- Add favorite fruits, nuts, yogurt, dulche le leche, syrup or caramel sauce. Good Appetite!
